The Encyclopedia of Ground Leases, volume 1 of Joshua Stein’s New Guide to Ground Leases, offers a comprehensive discussion of almost 100 topics that arise repeatedly in sophisticated ground lease transactions.

Each discussion focuses on the business agendas of landlord, tenant, lenders to both of them, and, when appropriate, other parties. It offers suggestions for how to resolve issues, and new issues to raise or think about when appropriate.
